Return & Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully as most GiftKosh products are customized.
1. Customized Products
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No refunds for errors made by customers in customization details.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
After verification, a replacement or refund may be provided.
3. Non-Customized Products
Eligible non-customized items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed and processed for customization cannot be cancelled.
